Delivery
a) Delivery is £12.95 per item to mainland UK (Pushalong toys are slightly lighter and so the cost is only £8.00)

b) Delivery to mainland Europe is £17.95 per item  (Pushalong toys are slightly lighter and so the cost is only £13.95)

c) For all other destinations please contact us direct.

d) No delivery discounts apply.

Payment.
a) We accept cash/cheques, please send with your order.  

b) Bank Transfer is the quickest way to pay, contact us for details.

c) We accept all major credit cards. Please call us with your details (Tel: 01256 850040 / 851011) If there is no-one here, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.

d) We are happy to accept Paypal at no extra charge to you. If you have a UK credit/debit card you can open a Paypal account today. Paypal is free for buyers.

e) All online payments are 100% secure and fully encrypted.

Returns.
a) If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.

b) Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.
